Sapporo Ichiban Shio Ramen
This is a famous instant ramen in Japan produced by SANYO FOODS.
Start of sales is from September 1971.
After Shoyu Ramen and Miso Ramen, this Shio Ramen was born as the third brother of the Sapporo lchiban Series.
It’s already a half-century super long-selling instant ramen.
I feel often i want to eat this ramen at summer. And I like to cook this ramen with a little less water.
It’s little bit salty, but it’s delicious for me.
In this ramen case, i always melts the soup with the noodle boiled water. if you don’t do that, soup is so salty. Must be melts the soup with the noodle boiled water.
I not to add any ingredients for cook this ramen. Use only sesame spice.
If you want to add anything, i suggest boiled egg or leek only. And to add sesame. Sesame is into this ramen bag.
In this ramen, spice is sesame not pepper. But sesame is good for this Shio Ramen.
This ramen soup is so delicate. I suggest to cook it without adding extra things.
This time, I tried adding a few corn and sesame.
(But this is my personal opinion. Isn’t SANYO FOODS opinion)
This ramen is already my comfort food.
I would like to give it 5 stars, but sometimes I feel a little bit salty, so 4 stars.
